What is included in the spring maintenance check-up?
- Check all controls and thermostat
- Check voltage and amperage on motors
- Check and adjust blower and belt
- Check outdoor fins on condensing unit
- Clean condensate drain
- Check temperature drop across the coil
- Rinse outdoor condensing unit
- Wax outdoor unit
- Clean pre-filters and cartridges on Clean Effects (Corona field extra)
- Change disposable filter, if customer provides
- Turn off humidifier
What is included in the fall maintenance check-up?
- Check all controls and thermostat
- Check voltage and amperage on motors
- Check blower motor and belt
- Check fan limit control
- Clean and adjust burners
- Check flue for cracks or obstructions
- Check heat exchanger for carbon monoxide leaks
- Pull and clean pressure switch hoses
- Check outlet gas pressure
- Check overall system operation for maximum efficiency
- Clean pre-filters and cartridges on Clean Effects (Corona field extra)
- Change disposable filter, if customer provides
- Turn on humidifier
